A. Computation By City Clerk: The city clerk shall compute the amount due to the city from each customer for city water and sewer service and for any other municipal utility charges.
B. Mailing Of Statements: The city clerk shall mail a statement of charges to the customer as soon as practicable after the end of each period of service to the customer.
C. Service Period: The city clerk shall establish such quarterly or other service period for a customer, whether or not it corresponds to a calendar quarter, as the city clerk deems best.
D. Due Date: The city clerk shall establish and specify in the statement a due date, to be uniform as to time allowed for payment for all customers, and to be not less than fifteen (15) days after mailing of the statement, upon which all charges then due for municipal utility services are to be paid.
