A. Block Designations: The building numbering system shall be such that each block along a street is allocated a hundred number designation beginning in the block adjacent to the base street and running progressively, in one hundred (100) number intervals per block, away from the base street.
B. Odd/Even Numbers: Odd numbers shall be used on one side of all streets, and even numbers on the opposite side.
C. Numbers Assigned In Block: The numbers assigned in a block shall be allocated in equal units of frontage as nearly as practical.
D. Building Numbers: Numbers for buildings shall coincide as nearly as possible to the location of the main entrance to the building upon the lot. (1982 Code § 4.113)
