6-4-5: OWNER RESPONSIBILITY:
No owner of a snowmobile or any other recreational motor vehicle shall permit the vehicle to be operated contrary to the provisions of this code, or of any law or regulation regarding snowmobiles or other recreational motor vehicles. (1982 Code § 5.315)
