A. Private Property: No person shall park or stand any vehicle upon the private property of any other person without the consent of the owner, occupant, lessee or other person in charge of the property.
B. Public Property: No person shall park or stand any vehicle upon any public park or other public property, except along any roadway where parking is permitted or in an area set aside for parking of vehicles. (1982 Code § 5.227)
