6-3-3: TIME LIMITATIONS:
   A.   Specific Limits: No vehicle shall be parked in the following areas for a continuous period exceeding the time specified:
   Sixth Street between Walnut Street and Oak Street   3 hours
   All other streets   24 hours
   B.   Restricted Parking: No person shall leave a vehicle standing on any portion of Sixth Street between Walnut Street and Spruce Street between two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. (1982 Code § 5.225)
