The city council may, within the limits allowed by law, adopt additional regulations over vehicles and traffic not in conflict with the provisions of this code. No person shall fail to obey any sign, making, barricade or traffic device erected pursuant to law. (1982 Code § 5.112; amd. 2005 Code)
