5-4-1: PURPOSE:
The city desires to affirm compliance with federal and state fair housing legislation; and the city desires to resolve fair housing discrimination complaints violations locally; therefore, the following is set forth as the DAWSON FAIR HOUSING ORDINANCE. (1982 Code § 8.710)
