4-7-6: NUISANCE DECLARED:
Each of the acts forbidden in this chapter are hereby declared to be a nuisance. Any duly authorized city officer or employee may take such action as may be proper to prevent, restrain, correct or abate any such nuisance. (1982 Code § 7.350)
