4-6-3: WEED INSPECTOR:

Pursuant to the requirements of Minnesota Statutes Annotated section 18.80, the mayor is hereby designated as weed inspector. The weed inspector may appoint one or more assistant weed inspectors who shall have all the powers and authority of the weed inspector. The weed inspector shall have such powers and duties as are imposed by law or by this code. (1982 Code § 8.633)
