3-9-12: PRINCIPAL USE LICENSE FEES:
   A.   Investigation Fee: Nonrefundable investigation fee shall be as set by resolution of the city council.
   B.   Annual License Fee: Annual license fee for adult use-principal license shall be as set by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 227, 5-6-1997)
