3-9-11: EXISTING LICENSEE COMPLIANCE:

All existing businesses shall be required to conform with this chapter on or before August 1, 1997. Failure to comply will result in the license being revoked effective twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight August 1, 1997. (Ord. 227, 5-6-1997)
