1046.68 COMPENSATORY ACTION.

In addition to enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this subchapter, the authorized enforcement agency may impose upon a violator, alternative compensatory actions such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc.
