Users shall comply with all other reporting or notice requirements as provided by this chapter, by any notice, order or permit issued under this chapter, or as required by any other applicable law or regulation, including, without limitation, the reporting and notice requirements in connection with accidental discharge (Sections 1044.074 through 1044.082), upset (Sections 1044.085 and 1044.086), bypass (Sections 1044.085 through 1044.088), and any other reports or notice requirements determined necessary by the POTW to assess and assure compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
