1044.088 POTW APPROVED BYPASS.

The POTW Manager may approve an anticipated bypass after considering its adverse effects, if the Manager determines that it meets the conditions set forth in subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 1044.086. It shall be a violation of this chapter for a user to allow an anticipated bypass to occur without the prior approval of the Manager.
