The fire limits of the City are hereby established as follows:
Beginning at a point at the southeast corner of East Flint Street (M-21) and North Davison Street, thence south on the east line of North Davison Street to the north line of Mill Street, thence easterly on the north line of Mill Street as extended to the east City limit, thence south on the east City limit line to the south line of East Rising Street as extended, thence west along the south line of East Rising Street as extended to the centerline of Black Creek, thence southwesterly along the centerline of Black Creek to the east line as extended of outlot B of Rosemore Park Subdivision, thence south along the east line as extended of outlot B of Rosemore Park Subdivision to the south line of East South Street, thence west on the south line of East South Street to the east line of South State Street (M-15), thence south along the east line of South State Street (M-15) to the south line of West Lexington Street as extended, thence west on the south line of West Lexington Street as extended to the west City limit line, thence northerly on the west City limit line including its right angle bends to the south line of West Second Street, thence east on the south line of West Second Street to the east line of North Dayton Street as extended, thence north on the east line of North Dayton Street as extended to the north line of West Flint Street (M-21), thence east on the north line of West Flint Street (M-21) to the west line of North Genesee Street, thence north along the west line of North Genesee Street to the north line of Block F of Hill's Addition to the Village of Davison, thence west on the north line of Block F of Hill's Addition to the Village of Davison to the east line of Assessor's Plat No. 3 of the City of Davison, thence north on the east line of Assessor's Plat No. 3 of the City of Davison as extended to the north City limit line, thence east on the north City limit line to the east City limit line, thence southerly along the east City limit line including its right angle bends to the northeast corner of Lot 226 of Assessor's Plat No. 1 of the Village of Davison, thence south on the east line of Lot 226 of Assessor's Plat No. 1 of the Village of Davison to the south line of East Hill Street, thence west on the south line of East Hill Street to the west line of George P. Hill's Replat of Lot 209 of Assessor's Plat No. 1 of the Village of Davison, thence south along the west line as extended of George P. Hill's Replat of Lot 209 of Assessor's Plat No. 1 of the Village of Davison to the south line of East Flint Street (M-21), thence west on the south line of East Flint Street (M-21) to the place of beginning.
In addition, any and all areas not contained within the traverse above described, and which are now or may in the future be zoned as Light Industrial District, Heavy Industrial District or Heavy Commercial District, shall be automatically in the fire limits with the same force and effect as if their boundaries were delineated in detail herein.
