There shall be a side yard on each side of the lot having a minimum dimension of ten (10) feet, except that the side yard adjacent to a side street shall be the same as the front setback on the side street and in no case less than twenty-five (25) feet. Side yard requirements for accessory structures located on reverse frontage lots shall conform to Section 1272.06 (d).
