(a) There shall be a front yard having a minimum depth of twenty-five (25) feet.
(b) The maximum variation in setback in any one (1) block shall be eight (8) feet.
(c) Where lots have double frontage, running through from one (1) street to another, the required front yard setback shall be provided on both streets.
(d) Where lots have reverse frontage, with frontage along an arterial road and frontage along a local street, the required front yard setback shall be required along the local street. The other frontage shall be a side yard. The setback along the arterial road shall conform to the requirements of Section 1288.09(b)(6)(ii).
