Reproducible copies of all plans for storm sewers, on polyester drafting film or tracing cloth, including the as-built dimensions, shall be supplied to the Municipality. Plans shall be submitted by the owner and shall show the exact location of all building connections, manholes and catch basins, by three locating dimensions for each item. Plans shall be submitted after completion of the work and before acceptance by the Municipality. As-built dimensions to building connections shall be given from the nearest manhole downstream.
