(a) Content. The required plans for storm sewers shall include a cover sheet showing a plan view of the complete job and split plan and profile sheets of all sections of the sewer.
(b) Sheet Size. Plans shall be prepared on sheets twenty-four by thirty-six inches or twenty-two by thirty-four inches.
(c) Scale.
(1) Cover sheet. The scale for the cover sheet shall be not less than one inch equals 100 feet.
(2) Profile sheets. The plan view scale shall be not less than one inch equals thirty feet. The vertical scale on profile shall be not less than one inch equals five feet.
(d) Bench Marks. All bench marks shall be listed on the cover sheet. All elevations shall be based on U.S.G.S. data.
