Plans and specifications for storm sewers shall be submitted to the Municipality in triplicate. The Municipality shall, after approval by the City Engineer, return one copy to the owner acknowledging acceptance thereof. Upon receipt of the approved set, construction of sewers may begin, provided that the final plat has been approved by Council, if applicable.
