1046.16 INFILTRATION AND EXFILTRATION TESTS.

All sanitary sewers, including manholes, shall be tested for leaks by either an infiltration or exfiltration test. Sewers in wet trenches shall be tested by infiltration while those in dry trenches shall be tested by exfiltration.
