Sanitary sewer laterals shall not be less than eight inches in diameter. The capacity shall be based on a peak load including infiltration of 400 gallons per capita per day. The minimum allowable velocity in the pipe shall be two feet per second with the pipe running full. The maximum velocity in the pipe shall be twelve feet per second. The following are minimum slopes for the various pipe sizes:
