   Generally, no sanitary sewer shall be less than seven feet deep to the flow line or invert. The maximum depth of pipe shall be in accordance with the recommendations of the Portland Cement Association or the Clay Sewer Pipe Association, as the case may be, and as specified by the Division of Water. These recommendations are based on the quality of pipe, soil conditions, trench widths and bedding conditions and shall be strictly adhered to.
