Reproducible copies of all plans for sanitary sewers, on polyester drafting film or tracing cloth, including the as-built dimensions, shall be supplied to the Municipality. Plans shall be submitted by the owner and shall show the exact location of all house connections, manholes, etc., after completion of the work and before acceptance by the City. As-built dimensions to house connections shall be shown from the nearest manhole downstream.
