1042.18 THRUST BLOCKS.
   Thrust blocks shall be placed at all bends that are twenty-two and one-half degrees or greater and at dead ends, tees, reducers, hydrants and some crosses. Placement of thrust blocks shall be as shown in the drawings on file with the City Manager.
