1042.13 LOCATION OF GATE VALVES AND GATES.

Gate valves shall be so located that any section can be isolated by closing not more than three gates. Gates shall be spaced not more than one-quarter mile apart. Gates shall be located opposite street right-of-way lines when possible, but offset enough to clear crosswalks. All gates falling under paved streets shall be installed in wells.
