1042.03 SUBMITTAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Plans and specifications shall be submitted to the City in quadruplicate. The City shall, after approval by the City Engineer, forward three sets to the Michigan Department of Health with a request for a construction permit. Upon receipt of such permit, construction of water mains may begin, provided that the final plat has been approved by Council, if applicable.
