870.06 LICENSE VOIDED BY EXHAUSTION OF DEPOSIT.
   A license issued under this chapter shall be void as soon as the deposit made with the City Treasurer, as provided for in Section 870.04(b), has been exhausted because of garnishment suits as mentioned in Section 870.05.
