Subject to the provisions of Section 1062.11(n) of Part Ten - the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, no person shall conduct a circus, carnival or show, except in a theater licensed under the provisions of this chapter, without first obtaining a license therefor which shall be known as a show license. No show license shall be issued until the applicant demonstrates that adequate sanitary facilities will be provided.
