The permit may be renewed upon payment of the fee required herein if the service covered by the permit has not been modified, the transportation vehicles meet the requirements of §§ 50.002 and 50.003, and the renewal is approved by the Judge/Executive or his or her designee. If modifications have been made, the applicant shall reapply for a permit as set forth in §§ 50.073 and 50.074. No permits authorized by this chapter shall be transferable from company to company or person to person.
