§ 115.12 ILLNESS.
   Anyone employed by a tattoo/body-piercing parlor or action in behalf of the establishment who is experiencing symptoms of acute disease that include, but are not limited to the following, shall refrain from providing tattoos or body-piercings:
   (A)   Diarrhea;
   (B)   Vomiting;
   (C)   Fever;
   (D)   Potentially infectious rash;
   (E)   Productive cough;
   (F)   Jaundice; or
   (G)   Draining (or open) skin infections, boils, impetigo or scabies.
