If an operator of a tattoo/body-piercing establishment shall fail to obtain a business permit prior to conducting their business, or at any time after one has been issued but has expired, the establishment may be subject to a fine of not more than $500. Each day the establishment shall be in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
