§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   After the effective date of these regulations, any person who, being the owner or the agent of the owner of any land located within the jurisdiction of these regulations, intentionally violates these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, for the conviction of which the maximum penalty permitted by law as set forth in § 10.99 may be imposed. Each day’s continuing violation is a separate and distinct offense.
   (B)   Further, a violation of the above section of this code shall be a violation of G.S. § 14-4 and such violation shall be classified as a Class 3 misdemeanor with a maximum fine of up to $450, except that any violations of §§ 150.999, 154.99, 155.999, and 156.999 shall not be a violation of G.S. § 14-4 and shall not be considered a misdemeanor.
