(A) It shall be the duty of the owner to see that the provisions of this chapter are observed.
(B) (1) The violation of § 114.02 shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine or not more than $50 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Each day’s continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) The County Manager is hereby empowered to seek a court order to enjoin the violation of § 114.02 of this chapter.
(C) Further, a violation of the above section of this code shall be a violation of G.S. § 14-4 and such violation shall be classified as a Class 3 misdemeanor with a maximum fine of up to $450, except that any violations of §§ 150.999, 154.99, 155.999, and 156.999 shall not be a violation of G.S. § 14-4 and shall not be considered a misdemeanor.
