§ 98.020 ADMINISTRATION OF THIS CHAPTER.
   The Davidson County Board of Commissioners shall appoint a duly qualified Fire Marshal responsible for this chapter’s impartial administration. The Fire Marshal shall have the authority to administer and enforce this chapter’s provisions within this area of jurisdiction defined in § 98.006.
