§ 98.006 JURISDICTION.
    This chapter shall apply to and shall be enforced within the area of Davidson County outside of municipal corporate limits. Upon request by resolution from the governing body of any municipality within Davidson County, the county may, but is not required to, exercise jurisdiction in such municipality for purposes of this chapter.
