§ 70.14 VIOLATION BY COUNTY EMPLOYEE.
A violation of this chapter during the course of employment by a county employee shall constitute misconduct on the part of that employee and may subject the employee to disciplinary action pursuant to the Personnel Resolution of Davidson County.
