§ 93.16 GUIDELINES AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   All requests for driveway culverts must be submitted on the forms provided by the town and delivered to the Town Maintenance Department for the Superintendent to review and recommend to the Town Council before any work is commenced, regardless of who will install the pipes.
   (B)   Only the following types of pipe shall be used: concrete, aluminum, galvanized and ADS N-12 or equivalent (black polymer, corrugated outside/smooth inside).
   (C)   Pipe length and diameters will be determined only by a field check and noted on the permit application.
   (D)   Pipes to be installed by any landowner or contractor must be structurally sufficient to both sustain traffic into the drive and to carry the appropriate amount of water.
   (E)   The minimum diameter of any pipe occupying a town ditch is 12 inches.
   (F)   The minimum width of a private noncommercial driveway shall be ten feet at its narrowest point (excluding radii and within the road right-of-way).
   (G)   The maximum width of a private noncommercial driveway shall be 24 feet at its widest point (excluding radii and within the road right-of-way).
   (H)   Minimum pipe width, where pipes are required, shall be such to allow a minimum of one foot of pipe to extend past the fill necessary to support the driveway edges regardless of the pipe material. Effort should be made to ensure that unneeded additional sections/length of pipe shall not be required.
   (I)   The owner will provide installation and properly backfill new pipe with #53 stone.
   (J)   All pipes, other materials and installation shall be paid for by the owner or contractor.
   (K)   All pipes shall be maintained by the owner and kept clear of dirt and debris.
