§ 152.071  SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
   Upon the consideration of the factors listed in §§ 152.065 through 152.071, and the purposes of this chapter, the Town Council may attach conditions to the granting of variances as it deems necessary to further the purposes of this chapter.
