3-3-4: LICENSES REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any manner, sell directly or indirectly, or offer for sale or make sale at retail in the city any alcoholic liquor without having first obtained a license for each location, place or premises where such person is located to sell the same. (Ord. 0-39-94, 9-19-1994)
