3-2-7: POLICY ON PEDDLING OR SOLICITING:

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the corporate authorities of the city that the occupant or occupants of the residences in the city shall make the determination of whether peddlers or solicitors shall or shall not be invited to their respective residences. (Ord. 0-27-91, 5-6-1991)
