(A) If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the Mayor shall determine that the application is satisfactory, he shall approve the application. Thereupon, the Municipal Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has been approved. The license or permit shall be signed by the Mayor, attested by the Clerk, and then issued to the licensee.
(B) If, after due consideration of the information contained within the application and related investigative and inspection reports, the Mayor shall determine that matters concerning the application are unsatisfactory, he shall disapprove the application, indicating the reasons therefor. Thereupon, the Clerk shall notify the applicant that the application has not been approved and that no license or permit will be issued. (Ord. 0-12-92, 2-18-1992)
