The use or attempt to use as a potable water supply groundwater from within the corporate limits of the city of Darien, in that area of the city as depicted and narrated on exhibit C attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof, by the installation or drilling of wells or by any other method is hereby prohibited, as identified by the IEPA. This prohibition expressly includes the city of Darien and any other unit of local government. (Ord. 0-35-14, 11-3-2014)
