6C-2-4: DEFINITIONS:
"B" BOX: Curb stop.
BUFFALO BOX: Curb stop.
CURB STOP: A valve located at the end of the service line at the common right-of-way and property lines.
MAIN: The pipeline constructed for the purpose of transporting potable water to potential users and constructed within public rights of way or easements.
SERVICE EXTENSION: The water line extending from the curb stop to the meter located upon the property intended for service.
SERVICE LINE: The water line extending from the main to the right-of-way or easement line, including a shut-off valve or curb stop. (1978 Code)
