6B-4-4: FINAL APPROVAL:
Before any acceptance of streets, acceptable evidence of utilities and any other improvements, waivers of lien for all work shall be presented to the City. The City Engineer and Public Works Supervisor shall review all reviews of the improvements and give a total review and physical inspection and a report. (Ord. 0-09-74-A, 12-2-1974)
