(A) Requirements And Population Ratio: The ultimate density of a proposed development shall bear directly upon the amount of land required for dedication. The total requirement for park and recreation land dedication shall be five and five-tenths (5.5) acres of land per one thousand (1,000) of ultimate population of a proposed development in accordance with the following classifications:

The amount of land to be dedicated shall be determined by dividing the estimated population of the proposed development by one thousand (1,000) and multiplying the quotient times five (5) and one-half (1/2) acres of park land required by each one thousand (1,000) people. (Ord. 0-56-87, 12-7-1987)
