5B-1-14: ENFORCEMENT:

No plat of any subdivision shall be entitled to be recorded in the Recorder's office of the DuPage County or have any validity until it shall have been approved in the manner prescribed in these subdivision regulations. (Ord. 0-21-71, 11-15-1971, as amended 1-25-1975)
