1-11-14: COMPLAINTS:

Complaints that an affected person has violated its provisions shall be made in writing and signed by the complainant. Complaints shall be filed with:

(A) The city administrator in the case of city employees or the city clerk;

(B) The city clerk for referral to the city council in all other cases. (Ord. 0-44-88, 12-19-1988)
