1-11-13: ETHICAL RULINGS:
Any affected person who has a question as to the applicability of this chapter in a particular situation may apply, in writing, to the city council for a ruling. Such a ruling shall be provided by the city council. (Ord. 0-44-88, 12-19-1988)
