1-11-6: DISCLOSURE OF BUSINESS INTERESTS:
Each affected person shall file, with the city clerk, a statement disclosing any ownership interest of greater than five percent (5%), either direct or indirect, which the affected person or his or her spouse has in any business, firm or corporation. (Ord. 0-44-88, 12-19-1988)
